About Us

We are a company that guides on the mountains around Real Range and West Range, where volcanoes are located. Our objective is to take you safely to those places where adventure begins and the air is rare.

Jose Callisaya, bilingual (Spanish & English) mountain guide IFMGA and Bolivian Mountain Guides Association, with more than 20 years experience as climber and instructor.

  • ARGENTINA: Aconcagua
  • FRANCIA: Aiguille Rouges, Aiguille Verte, Tacul Triangle, Bonati route in the Gran Capusan.
  • AUSTRALIA: Rock climbing in Coles Bay, Organ Pipes, Tasman Peninsula, Ben Lomand, Cradle Mountain
  • BOLIVIA: Different routes on Huayna Potosí, new route on Tiquimani – the Bolivian’s route, Apolobamba, Quimsa Cruz, Illimani, Sajama, Condoriri.
  • SKI: Ascents by skis of Mururata and Huayna Potosí, ski competitions in Chacaltaya and ski touring in Victoria and Tasmania (Australia). 

We organize expeditions to the Real Range and West Range mountains.

Ilimani

This is a big mountain with many challenges
Its 6439 meters above sea level has very beautiful peaks, which can also be seen from La Paz, giving inspiration to poets and painters.

Huayna Potosi

This is a really well known mountain
But still a great challenge to do. 6088 meters above sea level and close to La Paz city, it has everything. From the normal route to the West Face where is you can find a 1000 meters wall, to the French Route with 300 meters of climbing.

Illampu

With 6368 meters above sea level.
This mountain is one of the most beautiful and challenging peak on the Real Range. The normal route gives the climber a good challenge. Near to the mountain you can find a very nice town called Sorata, from where expeditions start to this peak.

Ancohuma

Its name means “white waters” in Aymara. It is on 6427 meters above sea level and has a giant glacier that you can reach departing from Sorata Valley. It is really well known because many trekkers go to glacier lagoon for trekking, while climbers use the same point as base camp.
